She is a Chartered Chemical Engineer who has worked as a Project Manager and Project Management Consultant world-wide for the past 20 years. Trish has implemented major change programmes which have generated sustainable benefits, and uses lean six sigma principles and tools to support successful and sustainable change. She is also the author of the Project Management Toolkit book series, which guides the reader through each of the key lifecycle stages of a project. Trish is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) - she was the Founder Chair of the Project Management (PM) Subject Group (the Voice of PM for IChemE) which networks with other recognised PM institutions, e.g. EPMF, APM, PMI. Trish is also on the IChemE Membership Committee and a past member of the IChemE Council. She is a Member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) and chairs the core team responsible for the development and launch of the PM Good Practice Guide. Trish was the founder chair of the ISPE PM Community of Practice, is a member of the steering committee and lectures on PM, quality risk management and lean six sigma at ISPE and other courses and conferences. Andrew has validation and QA experience, having completed installation, operational and process qualification on existing and new facilities / processes, as well as a number of general QA activities. Andrew is also an experienced lean six sigma Black Belt, using these skills on improvement projects. Andrew is a
corporate member of the IChemE and a member of ISPE.

He is skilled at developing strategies that meet customer requirements by incorporating both technical and cultural components. Guy has extensive experience of change management and leading projects within a highly regulated industry. With skills in Lean Sigma, Project Management and Facilitation of meetings, workshops and events, he is able to help clients meet their business objectives and targets. Guy is Chartered Chemist and a Member of Royal Society of Chemistry.
John has a proven track record of diagnosing opportunity, creating business solutions, managing planning, execution and working collaboratively to deliver excellent operational performance and sustainable behavioural and organisational change. He utilises his expertise in applying and mentoring continuous improvement techniques, including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Knowledge, Performance, Coaching and Change Management.
Danuta is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt Consultant who’s key skills include managing step change improvement projects, mentoring and training managers and engineers to Black Belt and Green Belt standard (concentrating on Design for Six Sigma proficiencies in the design engineering sector), and training operators to Yellow Belt standard.
